BANJO RAMA at hama hama

Banjo Rama is an outdoor festival located on the Hood Canal at Hama Hama Oyster Farm. The weekend is filled with freshly shucked oysters, live music, seafood and delicious bites, beverages and space to roam, dance and play along the waterfront. Choose to attend for one day or come for the whole weekend.

It’ll be a plucking and shucking good time!

FESTIVAL DETAILS

What:

Banjorama is a day festival, with no on-site camping. You can join for one day or purchase a weekend pass to enjoy both days. Food & beverages will be available for purchase.

A portion of proceeds from Banjo Rama are donated to Warm Current, a nonprofit making surfing more accessible and more fun for Native youth on the Washington coast.

When:

September 16th, 17th, 2023.

Music is from 1 pm - 6 pm each day. Gates open at noon.

Food 

Hama Hama Oyster Farm produces our FAVORITE oysters. I’m looking at you Blue Pools…. Complimenting the freshly shucked and raw oysters plucked just feet away from the festival, there is lots of other tasty seafood to enjoy.

In addition to seafood, snack on sandwiches, salads, soups and other bites from a variety of vendors.

music 

Every band may have a banjo, but we wouldn’t call this a bluegrass festival. Bands from all over the Pacific Northwest will bring their own unique spin to banjo music. Sounds range from indie folk, to progressive bluegrass.

community 

This intimate festival feels like a backyard party. Well a backyard party with ripping music and the freshest oysters you’ve ever slurped…
